Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to purchase from GuestGear. We take pride in supplying our customers with quality goods and services and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNING A PRODUCT

If you would like to exchange/ return a product you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know and obtain a Returns Authorization number (RA#)

Products that have been installed will not be eligible for returns or exchange.

Products must be in original packaging. 

If the product is returned in the original condition we are happy to process an exchange/ credit note if you have ordered the wrong item.

If by any chance we have made a mistake and dispatched the wrong item/ order or if you've received a damaged item we are happy to exchange or provide a full refund provided approval is given upon inspection of the item. Unfortunately refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases.
